Saatva’s Expansion
When companies grow this fast, it means they are doing something right. Saatva’s story of expansion is reflective of the high-quality products they deliver. Founded in 2010, it took Saatva just seven years to expand out to 19 factories across the United States that deliver coast-to-coast. Their deliveries managed by no less than 135 fulfillment centers.
I had some questions about the mattress so I went to their website. You’ll see a chat box pop up while you browse, so I typed in my questions. The online customer support representative answered promptly and, best of all, after they provided me the information I was looking for, they allowed their products to sell themselves. Not once was I pressured to make a purchase. This is primarily because Saatva representatives do NOT work on a commission, which makes them very personable and helpful to work with.
Credentials You Can Trust
Saatva has received more than 15,000 five star reviews from real customers, which says a lot about the quality that they consistently deliver. Forbes magazine even named them among the top 100 promising companies in the United States. This mattress company is quickly becoming one of the most famous in the market and it’s time for The Sleep Judge to announce our verdict.
In-Home Setup
I’ve unboxed quite a few products and it only takes around 15 minutes. However, if you don’t feel like dealing with all that and the trash that’s leftover, a Saatva delivery team can set your mattress up. If you choose to combine your purchase with a frame like the Saatva Lineal adjustable base, they will set that up as well. I chose to set mine up myself to show you how it works.
Firmness Options
Saatva is offered in three firmness options: plush soft, luxury firm, and firm. If you don’t carry much weight and/or like to sleep on your side or back, plush might just work for you. The medium option is comfortable for most consumers (you could be one of them if you change positions often or are looking for a mattress that will work best for both you and your sleeping partner). Finally, if you like to sleep on your stomach, don’t like much sinkage, or weigh a lot, the firm option may be the way to go.
Comfort and Support
With its superior support system, this is an excellent mattress for those who carry a lot of weight. Outside of helping prevent degradation with the steel coil support system, it is able to support individual weight up to 300 pounds and combined up to 600 pounds.
I especially loved the coils and innerspring base because they worked together to provide a high level of bounce. This made it quite easy for me to move around to find the best sleeping position. I felt a high degree of comfort through the Euro pillow top, and the support offered throughout the product made me feel adequately supported.
